The Thomas Suite
The Thomas Suite is an ideal room for two to four people. It is furnished with a king size bed and an en-suite bath which features a large double shower. The private en-suite sitting room is furnished with a very comfortable twin size day bed with twin size trundle bed. The large balcony, with its comfortable white wicker seating, faces Fifth Avenue and is included in the Thomas Suite for the ultimate Southern experience! Of course, the balcony ceiling is painted Southern-porch-blue except for the white ceiling fan. Everyone should know: air that is moving from a ceiling fan keeps mosquitoes from finding you! The big walk-in closet houses the personal safe. The room is accessible by elevator and the grand staircase from the marble foyer. There is a smoke alarm in the bedroom. Custom draperies on the large windows have blackout lining for your sleeping pleasure. One window overlooks Fifth Avenue and the other window overlooks the Lauren Rogers Museum of Art across 7th Street. If you love this room but the suite is more than you need, please look at the Thomas Room as a downgrade option.
